Meraki is family owned and operated and easily my favorite great spot in Vegas. Located at 4950 S Rainbow Blvd Suite 160, if offers all the HITS when thinking about Greek food.
It‘s a smaller spot but cranks our serious covers and a crazy amount of to go‘s. I have never been in there and it not be busy. My go to is always the lamb/beef gyro with fries, I add a side of hummus and pita as well. The Pita is the best I have ever had. Soft but holds up with everything stuffed in the gyro. Just a real treat and dipped in the hummus, it’s perfect. If your lucky enough and catch it on the right day they run a grilled octopus special with arugula, capers, onions with a Vinaigrette. Absolute fire !!!! We finish lunch/dinner off with some Baklava Ice Cream, yes you read that right, Baklava Ice Cream. Usually get it to go and it doesn’t make it the first stop light lol.
