Can never go wrong with Tacos. So this week we are featuring another Taco Spot. This one owned by long time buddy Victor Gonzalez. Victor started Vitos Tacos during quarantine, because he like most of us were furloughed from his job. Victor has always had a passion for cooking ever since he could remember. In high school he took a food production class, which was also an advanced cooking class. He has always been in the hospitality industry and branching out on his own has always been the ultimate goal.
Currently, Vitos Tacos works out of a food truck which is always on the move. However, you can track their location on social media page @VitosTacos. They specialize in Birria Tacos, which are absolutely delicious. The beef is slowed cooked for 7 hours and then shredded and served on a corn tortilla with mozzarella cheese. Along side your tacos you get a flavorful consome that you drown those crispy tacos in. I asked Victor, if he has any new menu items in the works. Right now they are working on Birria Chilaquiles and Birria Tortas.
The team at Vitos Tacos does what they do because of passion and making others happy, It's all about bringing people together through food. "Hearing people say these are the best Birria Tacos is what keeps us going day in and day out". Victor said.
